RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND REFUND POLICY
Kanisqa is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We operate a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible clothing items.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The garment must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags must remain securely attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at contact@kanisqa.in.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, alongside detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please be advised that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Replacement Policy In the event that you receive a damaged or defective garment, we offer a straightforward replacement process:
- Report the Issue: Contact us at contact@kanisqa.in within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos or videos of the defect as proof.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your eligibility for a replacement.
- Dispatch: If approved, a replacement garment will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days.
Note: All replacements are subject to stock availability. If the specific item is no longer available, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative item of equal value.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the funds to your account.
