Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kanisqa. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high volume periods or sales events, order processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over ₹999. For orders under ₹999, a flat rate of ₹50 applies.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days 

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Kanisqa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

7. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

Kanisqa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we value our customers and want to help, please contact us at contact@kanisqa.in with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging, and we will do our best to assist you with the process.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Kanisqa will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
